10.24 PBE Week! All the videos this week involve some pretty experimental system changes to the chosen drop rates, normal reroll rates, and player damage.

9 Cultist is a fun comp, but Galio often gets locked down a bit...until NOW! With the latest change on PBE, Supreme Overlord Galio gets a built in Quicksilver, allowing him 8 seconds of time where he can't be stopped. It makes the build feel a lot more fun, and gives him more time to help Kalista carry the team!
